At Silent Door, we are committed to providing the highest quality mental health counselling and training services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Counselling Sessions:

• Cancellation: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charges.
• Late Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session or no-shows will be charged in full.

Workshops & Training Programs:

• Cancellation by Participant: Not refundable
• Cancellation by Silent Door: In rare cases where we cancel a session/workshop due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued or the participant may choose to transfer the fee to a future batch.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
