What the Program Contains ?
This one-month certificate course covers the foundations of psychological and clinical disorders, including anxiety and stress-related disorders, mood disorders, trauma and dissociative disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions, and other commonly overlooked disorders such as eating, sleep, somatic, substance use, and impulse control disorders. The program emphasizes symptom clusters, early warning signs, comorbidity, and the mental health spectrum, enabling participants to understand how disorders present in real life and when professional help is required. Participants will develop the ability to recognize psychological distress, differentiate normal stress from clinical concern, and understand patterns of behaviour, emotions, and functioning associated with various disorders.
