About the Program
What the Program Contains ?
This experiential program combines clinical knowledge with hands-on practice through case discussions, role plays, psychological assessments, and real-world therapeutic activities. Participants will learn case history taking, Mental Status Examination (MSE), rapport building, counselling skills, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and report writing. The training also covers evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, REBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while teaching participants how to structure therapy sessions, plan the first and subsequent sessions, and work confidently with clients.
