What the Program Contains ?

This diploma program covers the complete counselling process, including case history taking, mental status examination, rapport building, counselling ethics, and development of core counselling skills. Participants are trained through extensive activities, role plays, and over 40 counselling-based exercises. The course includes an overview of major clinical disorders, training in commonly used psychological assessments, goal-setting techniques, more than 30 therapeutic interventions drawn from CBT, REBT, Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches, along with effective termination processes and termination-related activities.
